You don’t need a degree for many bartending positions, but it can definitely give you a leg up — especially if you’re aiming for higher-level roles or positions in hospitality-heavy venues.

I uploaded my application to various websites like Indeed, LinkedIn, places like that, and I was not getting anything that was in the field that I wanted to be in.
