If you want to increase your chances of getting hired, add relevant certifications. This is especially important if you are a fresher or new in some field that does not have any established reputation yet.
Components of the Certification section
Certification name: Add the name of the certificate that you received. You can use common Abbreviations here, like AWS instead of Amazon Web Services.
Certifying Authority: Add the institution that issued the certificate eg: Project management institute, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc.
Date: Add the year that you completed the certification here. You should always ensure that the certificate you use is up-to-date and relevant.
Relevance: This is an optional field. Here you can highlight the skills you demonstrated or gained for the certification. You can also add the unique certificate identifier here.
Grouping certificates from the same organization during a similar time period can make your resume look more organized and professional. It will also help you save space and reduce the resume length.
