Getting Started
This section will guide you through the essential steps to begin using Rezi Enterprise.
Sign up
Step 1: Please contact us to set up your account.
Step 2: Verify your email address.
Once you complete your sign-up request, you’ll receive an email asking you to verify your email.
Step 3: Complete the onboarding process.
Complete the forms provided to ensure the best Rezi Enterprise experience:
- Enter your company name, URL, and select from the drop-down menu.

- Next, choose how you plan to use Rezi Enterprise. (We recommend selecting 'Deployment' to help us better understand your needs and enhance your experience.)

- Lastly, please share how many people you plan to invite for collaboration.

Enabling White Labeling to Get Started
Once you’ve created your account, the next step is to set up and activate the deployment URL.
Click “Go to RMS Details.”

Enter your details: white label title and white label URL. Next, press “Save.”

After setting your title and URL, toggle the “Enable White Label” option.

The URL will now be live.

Customizing the UI
You can customize the UI by navigating to “Branding” under “Settings.”

Here, you can:
- Upload your brand logo
- Choose a color and background to match your brand aesthetic
- Preview changes
- Save your settings and apply customizations to the resume builder
Tip: Use a high-resolution PNG image with a clear background for a clean and professional look.
Once you save your settings and apply the customizations, the changes will be immediately reflected in the URL.

After activating the deployment, your dashboard will show your user metrics. You'll also be prompted to connect your bank account for earned commissions.

Follow the prompts to set up your account with Stripe Connect.

Invite Team Members
Head over to “Organization” under “Settings.”
In the “Members” tab, select the “Invite” button to invite team members.

FAQs
Is there a limit to how many users I can add to my account?
There is no limit on how many users you can add. We want to make this as easy as possible, which is why we use a simple usage-based pricing model.
How do I invite team members or users to Rezi Enterprise?
Head over to Settings > Members > Invite. Add their email and role, then press “Invite” and you’re all good to go.
Can I edit user details or resumes on their behalf?
Yes. Head over to Data > Resumes. You can edit, duplicate, or delete user resumes.
How do I change my email address?
Click your avatar icon and select “Account.” Next, click “Change Email Address.”
Can I update my billing information?
Yes, you can manage and update billing information in your Stripe customer portal. To see billing details, go over to Settings > Organization > Billing.
