New Feature - ATS Hack Mode

Contents

We've added the ability to inject invisible AI prompts and keywords to your resume. Why? Because job seekers are saying it works... but does it really?

Rezi, the leading AI resume builder trusted by nearly 3 million job seekers since its founding in 2015, continues to ship interesting features with its new ATS Hack Mode. Headquartered in Seoul, Rezi is dedicated to becoming the standard for resumes and helping users get hired faster by optimizing resumes for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Understanding ATS

ATS are used by recruiters to filter resumes based on specific keywords, often excluding highly qualified candidates who don't use the exact terms.

Hacking Job Applications

Have you seen those social media posts about sneaking hidden info into your resume? We did too, and it got us curious... So, we rolled out ATS Hack Mode to find out the truth. With so many "hacks" suggesting invisible text to beat ATS filters, we're learning from our users at scale to get a clear answer. We're not convinced it works yet, but we're diving deep into testing to see if it really makes a difference.

We essentially turned this into a feature that you can enable in a click of a button.

How It Works:

  1. Create a Resume: Start by building your resume using Rezi's AI-powered tools.
  2. Include a Job Description: Upload the job description for the position you're applying for.
  3. Toggle ATS Hack Mode On: Activate ATS Hack Mode to embed invisible AI prompts, metadata, and keywords into your resume, optimizing it for ATS filters.
